NTN Europe and OCP Maintenance Solutions join forces to accelerate AI-powered predictive maintenance for European industry

El Jadida, Morocco, and Annecy, 21st September 21, 2026 - NTN Europe, a leading player and expert in high-precision mechanics, and OCP Maintenance Solutions, an OCP Group subsidiary specialising in predictive maintenance, announce a strategic alliance designed to support European manufacturers in improving the reliability, availability and performance of their equipment.

Faced with growing challenges in competitiveness, production continuity and industrial resilience, maintenance has become a strategic driver of performance. By combining their expertise, NTN Europe and OCP Maintenance Solutions are offering an integrated approach to predictive maintenance that brings together rotating equipment expertise, data collection and analysis, and artificial intelligence.

An integrated offering supporting industrial performance

Through this alliance, NTN Europe, via its SNR brand, contributes its expertise in bearings, rotating equipment and industrial diagnostics, while OCP Maintenance Solutions provides its proprietary i-Sense and i-Predict technologies, dedicated to equipment monitoring and predictive analysis.

This complementary expertise enables the partners to support manufacturers at every stage, from identifying critical assets to analysing data and carrying out diagnostics, through to decision support and assistance for maintenance teams.

The aim is to turn equipment data into operational decisions, helping manufacturers anticipate failures, plan interventions more effectively, maintain production continuity and optimise the performance of critical assets. Beyond technology, the offering is built around close customer support, with teams capable of taking into account the specific requirements of each customer’s industrial sector and operating environment.

“This alliance reflects our commitment to supporting customers beyond products by providing solutions that address the new challenges of industrial maintenance. By combining our rotating equipment expertise with OCP Maintenance Solutions’ predictive technologies, we aim to contribute to more proactive, performance-driven maintenance.”

Eric Malavasi, Vice-President of NTN Europe

A phased rollout across Europe

The partnership will initially be rolled out in France before being progressively extended to other European markets. This first stage will enable the partners to support manufacturers as closely as possible to their needs and prepare for the wider European rollout of the offering.

This alliance is the result of nearly a year of collaboration between the NTN Europe and OCP Maintenance Solutions teams.

It is based in particular on joint testing campaigns conducted on bearings and rotating equipment using NTN Europe’s technical resources, as well as deployments already carried out in Morocco, Côte d’Ivoire, Pakistan and India.

“Manufacturers no longer expect high-performing technologies alone; they expect measurable results. This alliance meets that expectation by bringing together complementary expertise to sustainably improve equipment availability and operational performance.”
